  Great small heater for the price

  We are happy with our Delonghi electric ceramic heater tower. It’s perfect just to heat up a room, not having to put the central heating on. The heater is compact enough so is easily stored. As usual the Good Guys gave us a great price which is why we always shop there.

  False marketing and yet to deliver

  Very disappointed with Good Guys for falsely advertising deals and making customers wait. During the Black Friday Sale, this product was advertised at a lower price and trusting Good Guys, I opted to buy this product with them rather than other dealers who were slightly more expensive. Once I made the payment, there was no communication. For the first few follow-ups, there were saying the stock had run out and it was in back-order. When I contacted them last month, I was told I can get a refund. But I had lost the opportunity to buy this product at a much cheaper price from other dealers because Good Guys had promised to deliver. Why would I get the refund after 4 months, that too after me following up for so many times and buy it at a much more expensive rate outside. Lost opportunity.

  Its a small heater in tower assembaly

  Its only tower heater from outside. Not from inside. Hot air does not flow at the bottom level and neither at the very top level. It only flows from the middle. And from more than 1 meter away you do not feel the flow either. It is still smelling like burning cable even after 3 months of use.

  Looks big but does not work as big

  This is a ceramic tower heater but tower is only for the show off. The upper part and bottom part of the tower does not flow any hot air at all. Also when it is switched off from the panel but the main power switch is on, it is making a noise like current is still on. You do not feel the flow of hot air after half a meter from the heater. So it was waste of money for me. I am thinking of returning back.

  A little exy but worth it

  Good solid construction with clear push button control with duplicate buttons on the remote control and stable base. Incredibly quiet operation especially in ECO mode, the swing drive is silent, perfect for a bedroom setting, temperature setting is spot on. Although expensive initially, the quality overall is superb; you only get what you pay for.
