Very convenient
I didn't like having to get the big heavy Dyson out and drag the cord around everytime I want to do a quick vacuum. I wanted a hand held portable rechargeable light weight vacuum that had a self cleaning function so it would always be ready to go whenever I want to grab it and give the wooden floors and the rugs a quick vacuum. I asked my trusty AI app for some suggestions for a good quality, vacuum without the Dyson price tag. The AI app suggested the Shark portable vacuum. I bought it and have no regrets. Super convenient, just grab the vacuum from its floor stand, vacuum and return it to its stand. The contents tgen automatically get sucked down into a bin which can get emptied when needed every month or two. If I was giving a 2 or 3 bedroom fully carpetted house a thorough vacuum, then I wouldn't use this. But , to give my wooden floored house and a half dozen rugs a quick going over when needed, it's ideal. It's light, it's simple and even has a built in light that lights up the area in front of tge vacuum head so you can easily see what needs to get vacuumed up. Good guys even sent me a $20 in store voucher as a thank you for buying it. I bought it online and picked it up from the front counter with minimal fuss.

Time saver!
This product is amazing for someone who dislikes emptying the cylinder after every use! Simply place vaccum back onto the stand and it does it for you! I use everyday and have only had to empty the stand container once! AWESOME! My friend tried it and bought one too!

Service from Shark Team is really bad.
The battery doesnt last long. i called up Shark team and guess what, they said they didnt had a replacement battery for the unit. I should have never moved from Dyson.
