Not happy
The oven did not come with the splashback as shown on display. I called the good guys and told them the problem. They investigated and found that the oven should have come with the splashback. They confirmed my address and said it should be delivered asap. I did not receive after a couple of weeks so i called them again on the 18/3 and was told they would find out who took the original complaint and would get back to me. Here we are 2 weeks later and i have not heard from them nor received my splashback.
