EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!
It is very quick to heat up and toasts our 2 x sandwiches perfectly. We usually have cheese with a couple of other ingredients and the cheese melts properly, the bread toasts perfectly and, hey presto, two very enjoyable toasted sandwiches. It has an adjustable height control which works well with high overfilled sandwiches! After a bit research, I bought this particular type of Sandwich Grill because it has two smooth surfaces, so will be able to cook other things on the hotplate when I get a little more creative, pancakes, eggs perhaps? However, so far just used for toasted sandwiches and they have quickly become a quick 'go to' on the weekends for lunches etc. One of the favourites is thinly sliced red onion, cheese with relish toastie. Yep, it's good!
