Does the job
It does slice slowly through a cold baked ham (maybe warm/hot meat cutting would be easier) but my old electric corded did a much better job

Love the new rechargeable knife, it was easy to use at Christmas for multiple meats, cut well and very we balanced. The bread blades are a nice addition.

Smooth Operator
Easy to use cordless carving knife. It is much quieter than other brands that I have used in the past. Fast charging and carves through meat slicing effortlessly.only negative experience that I have had was with the style of the knife especially where you hold the casing to operate is too far down the end and would have been more practical if the trigger area was in the middle of the casing. Casing is a bit too smooth & cylindrical which makes it easy to slip away and fall when hands are greasy. Otherwise it charges fast and I like it overalll.

One of the best cordless electric knives
This knife is easy to use. Holds its battery during use for over 45 minutes. Its reasonably light, comfortable handle is very good, and its slicing action is smooth, giving perfect cuts. Currently used on sandwiches (up to 4 high), true test will come during the time for carving meats.
