Does the job
It does slice slowly through a cold baked ham (maybe warm/hot meat cutting would be easier) but my old electric corded did a much better job

Love the new rechargeable knife, it was easy to use at Christmas for multiple meats, cut well and very we balanced. The bread blades are a nice addition.
