Right size for us
We purchased the Breville blender to replace one basically the same. We liked the previous one but the seal between the motor and the cutting device in the jug developed a leak and potentially contaminated the food as well as leaving a residue. I would much preferred to have been able to purchase a new jug as the base section still worked fine but that seemed impossible (or at similar cost to buying a whole new appliance). Although unhappy with the failure of the seal we still preferred the size and operation of the Breville over the alternatives.

A solid mid-range blender, particularly well suited for everyday use.
We decided for the Breville Fresh and Furious Blender and are absolutely happy with it. The entire family is using it. Powerful blending, effectively blends everything, fruits, veggies and ice. Simple to clean, very user friendly and very durable and reliable.
