it works well but its sonetimes hard to keep hold of it , and you cant sit comfortably while using it , you cant use it everywhere you need to
its great you can put little or alot of pressure for it to work on a area ,it is a little heavy and a but difficult to hold onto but i do like it

We use this massager not for pinpoint spots but rather slightly larger areas of muscles. We use all the features of varied intensity and infrared heat. Easy to move around problem areas of our back & shoulders and hold on to the straps for applying pressure needed.

This works well gets into areas well. Takes some getting used to in order to find the right positioning. Can be quite strong so I use it on low setting and even then it’s a lot.

Great Massager, Easy to Use
Very happy with the Massager. I use a wheat pack on my neck briefly first, then pop the massager (with a small hand towel on it) to my neck. I do use the heat and can feel it just lightly on my neck. I also put my wrists through to holding it (not my hands) and I find that works great for applying the right pressure & moving it slowly down my neck onto my shoulders then to my back. I allow it to run for the 15mins that it's programmed to. Being I have a seat massager I found it doesn't do my shoulder blades/neck area so this works great to getting to those areas. Highly recommend it.

I am very happy with my purchased product. It massages well and does not feel lumpy when you have it around your shoulders. It is well made and seems durable. I think the hand straps could be a little longer though for extra comfort. Overall, very happy.

Everyone loves this massager. It works so much better than expected. It really gets into knots & sore muscles. It is so much easier to use on yourself than a gun as you can move the massager all over your back & neck using the handles. Worth every cent.
