Works well, ease of use good battery life. Not keen on Windows 11 but will get used to it. Gets hot fairly quickly though so have raised the back of computer and that helps very much.

The Acer Laptop Aspire was very well priced.It servers very well for our home use with all the latest features. It got the right memory and storage for our use. We did our research with different brands at few retailers before purchasing it at Goodguys. The sales person Ramesh was excellent in his sales sevice that helped us to make the final decession to buy it. We even compare it with Apple MacBook and MacBook Air before decided on Acer Aspire 15 15.6 Screen Nx.KSCSA.002 lapptop.This should last us a few years for our purpose. We are very satisfied with its performance.

Outstanding value for money
I looked for a laptop that had the most 5 stars and least 1-star ratings. My needs are for a basic home laptop that is fast with decent hard drive capacity and a reasonable screen. It also needed to be reliable. This computer met those needs outstandingly - so far. Reliability will be tested over time. My last laptop is now 7 years old, can't run Windows 11 and cost over $2,000. On a value for money basis, this laptop beats my last one. A final word, the service at The Good Guys Springvale was friendly, helpful and an excellent special price for this laptop. While not a part of this review, two weeks later I went back and purchased a new printer from them. Good people to deal with.
