Ingredients

• Sesame seed bagel
• 3 tbsp cream cheese
• 1 sprig of dill
• Dash of lemon juice
• 2 slices smoked salmon
• 1/2  Lebanese cucumber, sliced
• 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

Method

1. Cut the bagel in half and toast in your De'Longhi toaster. TIP: The dedicated “bagel” setting will toast the inside to perfection while keeping the outside warm.
2. While waiting for your bagel to toast, mix the cream cheese, dill and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tsp matcha tea powder
• 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup or stevia)
• 1 tsp hot water
• 240ml milk of your choice

Method

1. Mix the matcha powder with a sweetener of your choice. Boil your De'Longhi kettle and add hot water to the mixture, stirring until it has a thick paste consistency.
2. Froth the milk using the steam wand on your De'Longhi La Specialista Arte Manual Pump Coffee Machine then pour the milk into the matcha mixture. Enjoy!

Tiramisu Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

• Coffee beans
• 100 ml of cold milk
• Ice cubes
• Sugar
• Cocoa powder
• Savoiardi or Sponge Finger biscuits
• Crushed nuts

Method

1. To create the first part of the recipe, prepare a cup of hot chocolate with your De'Longhi La Specialista Arte Manual Pump Coffee Machine using the maximum level of density and pour it into the cup until it fills 1/2 of the glass.
2. Once done, crumble 2 Savoiardi/Sponge Finger biscuits over the hot chocolate.
3. Next, prepare 1 cup of cold coffee along with the maximum level of froth. You can use the De'Longhi La Specialista Arte Manual Pump Coffee Machine, just leave time for it to cool down. Pour into the glass until it is full.
4. Finally, decorate with cocoa powder, crushed nuts and a Savoiardo/Sponge Finger biscuit.
