Fill your large open plan living area with fresh, clean air with this Samsung Ultimate Air Purifier AX90 with Wi-Fi AX90T7080WD/SA, designed to purify fast, wide and powerfully in all directions of your 90m2 space with its 701m3/hr Clean Air Delivery Rate(1), backed up by three way airflow and dual fans further circulating and purifying air rapidly. A multi-layered purification system absorbs the irritants and allergens known to cause irritation to the eyes, sinuses and breathing - including dust, pet dander, pollen, harmful gases, mould, bacteria, smoke and more; making the air you breathe hygienically clean. The HEPA Filtration captures 99.97% of 0.3um ultra-fine dust and inhibits the spread of captured bacteria(2), and you can clearly see how clean the air is with a 4-colour indicator and numeric display. Plus, remotely monitor the air quality and control your Samsung air purifier via the SmartThings app from anywhere(3). It has a filter replacement alarm, a whisper-quiet 21dBA night mode and a child lock for safety. (1) CADR greater than 701m3/h. Tested in the KACA (Korea Air Cleaning Association). (2) Tested on the AX40M3040WMD for xylene, benzene, ethylbenzene, styrene & formaldehyde gases. The filter media has over 99.97% dust collection efficiency, based on a particle size of 0.2um, as specified by 42 CFR part 84. Antibacterial function tested on the filter media of the dust collecting filter. Tested in the National Test Institute of Korea. (3) A Wi-Fi connection and compatible phone is required.

    You can see it working to clear the air.

    I bought this Air Purifier based on a article by the Asthma Foundation and on the strength of a Choice recommendation. Wasn't expecting to need it until we had bush fires nearby. However, there have been a number of times, where the unit has cleared the air of dust and diesel pollution associated with nearby demolitions. You can monitor its work, via an app on the phone, and it also clearly displays current measurements on the top of the unit as it is working. I'm only running it a couple of hours per day, and leaving it in 'auto' mode, the colour display changes if it detects problems and you can hear the fan speed increase when it is addressing them.
