Iron works well, shame about the delivery service
5 stars for the iron, it’s so easy to use and has no trouble getting the creases out of our clothes. 0 stars for the way it was packaged for delivery, products were simply sent in there original packaging which is no where enough support for delivery. Boxes were ripped and squashed and iron was scratched from the box opening during postage. Postage company had done their best to tape it back up but the flimsy packaging meant the damage had already been done. Very disappointed that the delivery wasn’t sent inside an additional box or packaging that would support it during postage. When you pay this much for an iron you expect it to turn up in good condition. Would recommend the iron, just get it from somewhere else if you want it delivered.

Great Iron
This iron has cut my ironing time in half. Heats up very quickly. Glides across fabric beautifully. Gets into corners with its narrow tip making shirt ironing a breeze. Only down side for me is the length of the cord , shorter than my previous iron but I can put up with that. Overall, the best iron I’ve owned.

Very pleased with the iron. Made ironing very easy and reasonably quick. Much easier than previous iron. Smoothed out the wrinkles and ensured the clothes actually looked as if they had been ironed. Trousers and shorts look good when ironed. The cord is a little short - had to use an extension cord so I could comfortably reach the end of the ironing board from the powerpoint. The tank doesn't seem to be as large as previous irons, but that does make it a little lighter. It does a great job of ironing.
