Best vacc ever!
I own 3 dogs who malt a lot and this vac is a beauty. Recently purchased I use just about daily. The first time I used I couldn't believe the amount of dust and dirt that came out of my seemingly pretty clean carpet. I've only been using for a month but so far its remarkable!

Suction is amazing!
With two dogs, a cat and three kids we needed something easy to use and actually suctioned up hair and dirt. After owning a d*****n previously numb this has exceeded our expectations and we will not return to the previous brand! So impressed by the ease of directional turning and light weight! Absolutely love this vacuum
The suction on this is beyond amazing. I vacuumed a mat with my upright stick vacuum and then the shark over the top. The amount of crap that the shark picked up was insane. Yeah ok, its on the heavier side compared to a stick and has a cord but the advantages in more suction and the debris it picks up, is well worth the sacrifice. There a couple of lil things I've tweaked with how i use it to stop it from falling over when using the crevice tool, but that's just because the suction is so strong on max, so i still dont see that as a downside. Im glad i did my research and settled on this machine. The only tiny complaint i could make is it doesnt have a light on the front like some machines Having a 2yr old, i do like this bonus on my upright stick but that is probably the only thing i could say is a con about this vacuum. It doesnt disappoint and it doesnt even bother me about the light thing. I've deep cleaned my whole house with this vacuum and i love it. With an allergy sufferer in the home, this is going to be my go to vacuum cleaner from now on. I'm converted.... Back to the old style corded vacs for me. I just hope if any issues arise, shark have good customer service, because i think I'll stick with this brand for life now.

Devastated product was delivered missing a part and still waiting on issue to be resolved. I purchased this vacuum for work as I have one at home and love it. Will never use Good Guys again though.
