  Good product. Horrible service

  I placed my order online for pick up the next day. Drove to The Good Guys and the line for the pick up bays was a mile long. Waited for over 30 minutes and then decided to walk in and try to collect by hand. I had a new born in the car that had a appointment so time was crucial. I was spoken to very poorly by the guy in despatch. In no way did he care about the situation or was willing to help me. So I had to go back the next day. Waste more time and more fuel. Not a good experience at all. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

  Great product, excellent service

  Our last Kelvinator C1.6kW lasted for 20 years so it was a no brainer when it came to replacing it. Hoping these newer models withstand the test of time as well. Always great service online and instore, I hope all of the Good Guys Milner employees are valued by their team leaders.
