DOES WHAT I NEED IT TOO
After using Fitbit for years I decided I needed a change wiht just a smartwatch that I could control what I needed to see and this Vivosmart is it. There are a lot of things you can program it to recognise with exercise, running, walking cardio and others but walking was the main one I needed and also heart and sleep. You need to download the Garmin app for your smartphone and also there is a program to use on your computer as well to link to the device. I found the charging cable difficult to fit to the place it is on the band as it needs to be at an angle but with perseverance I managed it. I don't use it every day but do use it and charging it is around 9 days which is okay I think even though it says it can be longer but there is no way to actually know how much battery is left other than a diagram on the face and it is hard to know how to read that. They do say the more things you program in the less time the battery has but I have yet to figure out how to make that work as I am not tech savvy as some.

Pretty good but the sleep tracking is woeful. I wake up multiple times a night and actually like physically get up and move yet it shows Im asleep the whole time which is disappointing but otherwise no issues! Comfortable, lightweight, easy to use, waterproof.
