Disappointing
We've had our Barista Pro for 18 months and it's unfortunately already had 2 major problems within a 3 month period - initially the steam wand broke and now the coffee infusion isn't working. Really disappointing customer service from Breville - they are refusing to replace our machine because the date of booking the first error isn't within 3 months (even though it is within 3 months of the machine actually being fixed). Would not recommend or purchase from Breville again.

Too many problems
A lot of problems with the milk frother and seems that is not enough pressure for the coffee. Second time that I have to use the warranty, I hope they fix it again.

Makes the best coffee, so easy to use, would never go back to a pod machine
Love the milk frother, easy to make the milk as hot as you like it. Will never buy bought coffee again, love my Barista Pro.

I havent had a better coffee, even in a cafe, since I mastered using this gem of a coffee machine,
Really enjoy my coffees since buying this product. I did have to spend a bit of time learning how to properly calibrate it (wasnt hard and lots on YouTube), but that made a real difference and I havent looked back since.

Makes a great coffee once you dial in the grind. Jason at MacGregor was very knowledgeable & helpful! Make sure you buy the air tight coffee tin.
