Item is good but customer service was awkward and unprofessional. Waited for so long till they decided who will sell it for me, didnt let me pay at the counter as they were 'having a competition' as the employer said. Very pushy and unprofessional customer service obviously the guy had no idea about the product all he cared is getting me as a customer from his colleague and a reward he got for me buying the item from him.

Have had breville for years appliances are top quality and you get long life out of them. Yes they are a bit high end expensive but for the value you get from the good guys you can’t go wrong. Goes with any kitchen appliance and easy clean. Worth the purchase.

Loved the finish of the kettle and quality is great. The only concern is that I was expecting more functionality for the price we paid for it like what temperature the water is and keep warm. Rest looks great. Would recommend to buy.
