    Great overall

    Samsung SRF7100B is a great fridge overall. From design to performance, we found this fridge perfect for a family of two adults and two children. The fridge has an amazing capacity to fit in a big amount of food. The door design is very clever as instead of two big doors for refrigerator and freezer areas, there are two doors for each one of them. Compartments attached to the doors are also very spacious. It is very convenient to have refrigerator in the upper body as you can access it while standing. We are also happy with overall cooling. The cooling is uniform throughout the fridge. Separate thermostats for refrigerator and freezer are cherries on the top. We found that these thermostats regulate internal temperatures of the fridge pretty accurately. If you are looking for a top notch fridge, Samsung SRF7100B is an amazing choice!

    Great Fridge, though I am not sure that the Gold Service Extras are worth it

    The fridge is excellent...and massive. The finish is really easy to keep clean with a wet wash cloth and towel. The dual freezer is a nice touch. Overall this fridge replaces 3 old fridges for us and we are very happy. While we are very happy with the fridge, we are a bit disappointed with the Gold Service Extra package. Seems like a lot of the staff don't understand how the system works and why the vouchers haven't come through to us yet. There doesn't seem to be anywhere that we can log on to see what is happening with the schedule of vouchers. The best they could do was tell us to call a generic helpline....it's not been an amazing experience and I would recommend anyone thinking of adding the service asks lots of questions to ensure they understand the limits of what they are buying - I wish I had more details before spending the money.

    Spacious and silent

    Happy with this new fridge, I like the 4 doors feature. Colour matches our kitchen very well. The only improvement to be made is the ice cube makers, the container and tray frequently stuck, too small.
