Great value and features
The Hisense name is something that you would not associate with front loading washing machines but I am very happy with my purchase. This is a very efficient machine that is loaded with features, it comes with a three year warranty for peace of mind. Its very quiet when in use and I think it represents very good value.

Extremely happy with this product
Love the quick 15 wash cycle. Little trick is to then after set a seperate spin only cycle as with quick 15 is limited spin and the washing will remain quite wet still. 30 mins it’s still all done and ready for the dryer or hanging out!

I bought this machine in April 2025 and it hasn't missed a beat. I love the delay start function, the softner and detergent auto dispensers, the smart phone connection - it is great to get a notification when the washing is done. There are quick wash functions and auto functions that sense the load. Highly recommend it! I

Love the auto dispenser for powder liquid and softener Don’t find it washes as well as my old machine and all washes seem to take a lot longer I might be doing something wrong !!!

Washing machine review
The machine washes well, giving a good clean output with a fragrant smell to the items. A couple of features that would have been desirable (and existed on the previous machine) : 1: An additional (lower) 400 spin cycle - this gives delicates such as shirts a less-crinkly finish, reducing ironing time and effort; 2: A “last wash” memory- after a completed wash, the Hisense effectively “logs out” for approximately 30 seconds. This wastes some time until it re-engages and we reset the machine for the next wash.

Golden Service without any warranty
Bought Hisense HWFS1015AB washing machine with WIFI function. Unfortunately, I con't use this function. Exclaimed to the GoodGuy & Hisense since 3 weeks ago. By far, the issue still exists without any solutions. Even I bought gloden service warranty, it seems no premium services provided, very disappointed.

Benefit of the doubt!
Optimistic at first with its features but all in all it does what it should. The automatic detergent filler I’m not too convinced on and most features are only for half loads hence the 4 star.
