Solid Product
Although after my first year I had to replace it under gold extras care with good guys I’m glad I was able to swiftly get it done. It was consistent so no issues about it’s day to day. Let’s see if it has any issues a year later.

Easy to set up use
Best purchase I've made. The vac and mop in one has put a smile on my face. I can now leave this job to the robot and go about doing other chores.

Dont buy this robot vacuum
Unfortunately I gave it a chance and swapped for another whic did the same things- didnt go back properly to recharge, mapping problems- missed half the house! I ticked one star but tried to give zero.

Not bad value for the $$$s
This robotic vacuum was at the lower end of the cost range, so does not have all the bells and whistles of the high cost products. Having said that, its not bad value for the dollars paid. We have found the suction quite good and it washes as well. The downside is that it does not have the high tech mapping and will sometimes clean the same area repeatedly and does miss others at times. Taking all this into account, we have found this good value for money and are happy to recommend, being aware of the price value point. p.s. Robbie is very polite when talking to us.

Great helper
Simply wonderfull, helps a lot and takes the pressure of vacuming and mopping. Great for a small place - only recommendation is I have have set up quite often .... but not big deal.

Do not buy
I didn't realise you couldn't programme this machine to the layout of your house so it goes randomly around and you have to buy metal tape to stop it going to places to don't want it to go - my advice DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
