Had ours for over 12 months now, makes a good coffee, beans in the top, press a button ..easy, milk frothing wand is easy to use. Value for money. Easy to clean. Did have a problem early on, was taken care of quickly, i was kept informed by email on the issue and when machine would be returned to me, haven't had a issue since.. hubby doesn't like going out for a coffee cause they aren't as good as I make ...
