Great features
This product is exactly what i needed for unit living. It does an excellent job of taking the dampness out of the walls and windows, it is easy to move from area to area eg bathroom and living areas. Bonus laundry mode helps my washing dry on rainy days.

Faulty doesn't work
Really disappointed because my friend has the same model and it works brilliantly for her. The machine does seem to be covered in an invisible residue like a greasy feel to it so perhaps something happened in transit. Refund process seems really tedious and hard to prove it wasn't my fault :(

A great product
This dehumidifier works hard for hours at a time. After having wet carpet due to a big storm leaking into my bedroom, this really helped dry things out. It was a great investment as I'm waking up every morning with condensation on my windows in this cold weather too, so it's really getting a workout!

Works well
After finding mold in my wardrobe even with disposable moisture containers, I decided to look for a bedroom dehumidifier. This Breville one does exactly as described and I turn it on every morning to remove moisture for about 1 hr. to get from 80% to 50%. Although it was not something I looked for I am pleased with the app and remote access to it.
