Happy So Far!
We recently purchased the LG 10kg Front Load Washer (WV5-1410W) from The Good Guys at a great price, and overall, we’re very happy with it. The machine is quiet, efficient, and easily handles large loads. It offers a good range of wash cycles, and everything has been working smoothly since setup. We did notice a slight smell during the first couple of washes, but running a cycle with vinegar resolved it completely. Since then, it has been trouble-free.

3 hour long cycles? Rough as, ruins towels softness
No matter the amount of clothes I put in every cycle is 3 hours long. 1 item and AI technology decides it'll take 3 hours to wash it. Really annoying you dont know how long any of the cycles will take until you you've turned it on and wait 5 minutes for it to decide. The gentle cycle is not gentle at all made that mistake and it ruined some baby clothes. I had a top loader before this so I didnt know how rough the front loaders can be. If you have a option between front or top definitely go for top, theyre quicker, more efficient and dont destroy your clothes. This machine has just eaten sheets, ran all the colours and turned my towels into crunchy crusty sad blobs. I end up just using the quick wash option otherwise Im waiting all day for a load to be done. I had spin my towels now to stop them from getting ruined from this washer.
