Samsung Dishwasher
After 3 weeks from purchase, the top basket lift /lower mechanism has failed on one side. This results in the gasket dropping to the lower level on the right side when any weight is put in it.. Samsung service agents have promised a new basket, but I fear that the mechanism is inherently weak and of poor design and frankly uneccescary. I think it will fail again.

The new designated shelf for cutlery is a great idea. The adjustable height to accomodate extra large plates, and best of all it’s so quiet.

Good value for Money
Super easy to install and intuitive to use. We use the high temperature feature with every wash, and everything comes out clean. The cuttlery tray doesn’t always hold bigger spoons very well and they have popped out during washes but that’s really minor. The dishes aren’t as dry when the wash cycle is complete compared to other dishwasher as well, but given the price we paid we weren’t expecting anything more like in the $1k plus units. All in all really satisfied so far, does the job, intuitive, and good value for money.

gets the job done. was meant to get the smart dishwasher as it integrates with my samsungs tv's etc. but alas. good storage space, the cutlery draw on top saves a lot of space vs a basket on the bottom shelf. i would recommend for the price, easy to install (self).
