Item was either a display or returned - seal was broken, finger prints on screen, battery and charger were really hot after charging. Was not advised it was used but paid full price. Not sure if it is this dongle or my phone that has poor reception.

Mobile Wi-fi RUIO
This product is quite frustrating but I don't believe it is the products fault. Possibly the location where I am trying to use it in Salisbury (Qld) - very slow to respond and upload data. My phone has the same issue in this location. Not very time efficient when you are trying to work from home.
