    Fragile

    The handle of the jug broke when my husband took it from the fridge for no reason and of course the jug fell off to the floor and smashed. This happened only 2 weeks of buyings. Contacted Good guys for this and they expected us to collect all the sharp pieces and bring them to them to inspect where was the faulty. No concern for customers and their staffs safety at all from the company. Not to mention that the jug might have fell on my husband’s feet and cut his feet. After reply to their email about this, they decided to ignore and kept their silent. Yes Im disappointed about the product, but I am more disappointed about Good Guys where I have bought a lot of product from them and trusting them.
