Extremely disappointing
I ordered an iron that never arrived. I reported it's non-arrival on the website via the Bot and was told that the order number would be followed up and I would be sent an advisory email. One week later I rang as no email or iron had been received and again, was told I would receive an email. The email finally arrived and told me the iron I had purchased was out of stock and would I like to choose another one. I replied that I wanted a refund. To date that is not in my account
