To Qualify for Uber Delivery

To qualify, your web cart must only contain products that meet ‘‘Uber’’ Delivery weight and dimension conditions; must only contain products

  • You can order a maximum of 8 items, with each individual item weighing less than 20kg. Your small to medium-sized item should be suitable for transport in an ‘‘Uber’’ vehicle with a
    maximum box dimension of 1000mm.
  • ‘‘Uber’’ will not be offered if you add a large appliance in the same order.
  • A final check of available ‘‘Uber’’ drivers will be done in cart post entering your address.

Available ‘Uber’ Delivery options

‘‘Uber’’ Delivery is available 7 days a week at participating stores from the store's opening hours until 2 hours before it closes. Trading hours vary by store and by day and can be impacted by local
and national Public Holidays.

There are two options for ‘‘Uber’’ delivery.

  • ASAP (As Soon As Possible): Delivered within 90 minutes of placing your order.
  • Scheduled: If available, you can choose a 2-hour window within the store's operating hours. You can now place the scheduled order up to 48 hours in advance.

How to choose ‘Uber’ at checkout?

  1. If your web order is eligible, select ‘Uber’ at checkout.
  2. Depending on your order total, you may have the option for the driver to ‘Leave in a safe place’. Choose a location from the dropdown or select ‘Other’ to enter specific instructions for the driver.
  3. Continue to payment to finalise your order.

What if I have an issue with my ‘Uber’ Delivery?

If there’s an issue with your delivery or you still have not received your order after the scheduled time from ‘Uber’, please get in touch with us via our live chat and our team will assist.

How to track my ‘Uber’ Delivery?

Once your order has been packed by the store and is ready for ‘Uber’ to pick up, we’ll email you the link to your digital invoice which contains the ‘Uber’ tracking link to follow the driver.
You will also receive SMS from ‘Uber’ with live tracking link.
You’ll receive a pin number via text from ‘Uber’ which will need to be provided to the ‘Uber’ driver upon delivery. Missed deliveries will be returned to the store.
