Product Good, Good Guys Serice bad
The product is fine except it arrived with a cracked shelf. When GGs were approached, they hand-balled the problem to the manufacturer - and I now have to engage with TCL. This has been arduous, time consuming and unsatisfactory, and after a month is still unresolved! As they sold me the product, I think GGs should have pursued this resolution on my behalf.

Fridge started freezing everything, contacted the store but it has been a week and I still dont have a resolution on replacement, can't store anything in it because it ends up frozen
