    Avoid this product

    1 year in the light cover fell off mid use and melted over the top of my food, filling the room with smoke. 4 years in the inside has flaked and rusted through and the good guys have advised this isnt a part therefore isnt covered by the ten year warranty

    Does the job well

    Needed to replace the old (8years) microwave in a hurry. Chose this model based on it's power rating and exterior dimensions after reading reviews. Having now used it for a month or two, am happy with the device, it does the job nicely. The smallest increment in timer is 10sec, which means if you want 15sec for something it can't be done unless you stand there and stop it. That's definitely not a deal breaker! This is our first LG product and hopefully it lives up to the reviews I read.

    I actually love this microwave

    I bought this one because it was on sale and was the size and wattage I was after. Being LG was just a bonus. But having had it for about a month now I love it (and that is saying a lot! Because I don’t throw that word around easily) it is very simple to use, and at 1200 watts it’s very powerful. It looks great with its Smokey black glass appearance, being able to cook in it as a conventional oven is an added bonus I didn’t even know about when I bought it. I would and have recommended that my family buy one.
