Even if you don’t purchase Gold Service Extras, if your product is faulty you may be entitled to a free repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty (depending on the length and terms of the manufacturer’s warranty) and The Good Guys Minimum Voluntary Warranty (during the periods indicated in the Understanding Your Rights brochure).
