We had an old machine and decided to upgrade,best thing we ever done, our daughter and husband had this particular machine, wife and I agreed on upgrading, went to Gepps Cross Good Giys,, and the test was history, at the time there was none in stock,we were given a estimated date of 4 plus weeks, we had a phone call a fortnight later, to say it was here, the staff go above and beyond to help you, and the machine is out of this world, love it.
