Get what you pay for
This is a cheap hood range which doesn’t even have an off switch. It is operated only via a power outlet. That would have been useful information available on your website. I wouldn’t have bought it. When I went to a store to investigate, couldn’t get anyone to help either. Really unhappy. It works, but having a cord run down the splashback to a power point is not a satisfactory finish.
