What is the difference between Zip Pay and Zip Money?

Zip Pay is an interest free¹ buy now, pay later service Zip Money is a line of credit with credit limits between $1,000 and $3,000. Zip Money offers customers a guaranteed interest-free period of 3 months across all products². Zip Money accounts may incur a one-off establishment fee for certain credit limits. How does the repayment schedule work?

Repayments are automatically debited from the payment method that you added when you created the account. You can change the payment method at any time and the frequency of your payments to weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as you're covering the minimum monthly repayments. Choose what works best for you.

With Zip Pay a $9.95 monthly account fee applies, we will waive the fee if you pay your statement closing balance in full, by the due date. With Zip Money a $9.95 monthly account fee applies which is waived if you have nothing owing. A one-off establishment fee may also apply for new Zip Money customers².

Can I shop in store using Zip?

Yes, you can. Simply set up tap to pay3 to shop in store. To get tap to pay simply download the Zip app, set up tap to pay by generating your tap to pay card and follow the prompts to add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Find out more about Tap & Zip Terms here .
