Whether you bought your appliance from The Good Guys or not, we can repair it. Just
explain the problem to one of our technicians and they’ll arrange a repair
for a fixed $179 callout. We’re here to help you get the best outcome, so if it
out that replacing your appliance is a better option, we’ll give you $100 credit to spend in store
within 90 days of the date of issue. It’s a win-win!

You can spend your store credit online or in-store at The Good Guys, in a single transaction
before the specified expiry date, which will be 90 days from the date of issue.

prepare a quote for additional charges including labour or parts. If the technician can repair
your product on the day, you will receive a notification via email/SMS immediately which will
include a link to make payment of the additional charges. Payment will be required before we can

costs/availability, this will be provided to you via email/SMS as soon as possible). If you
believe the charges for repair are not viable you can reject the quote by advising the
technician/agent. A replacement product credit will then be issued to you via SMS within 24 hours.
If your technician can repair the product on the day, your quote will need to be accepted and
paid for in order to complete the work required.
