Big and bulky products are larger in size and most likely required delivery when you first purchased them. These items include Rangehoods, TVs, Washers, Dryers Refrigerators, Freezers, Air Conditioners, and more.

Other products

Other Products include items that are smaller and easier to transport, for example Coffee Machines, Kettles, Toasters, Microwaves, Vacuum Cleaners, and more. 

The quickest option is to take the faulty product to your local store along with your proof of purchase so that our friendly staff can assist. 

If you have ordered via The Good Guys website and you do not wish to return your faulty product to your local store, we can organise return shipping for you.
