The Good Guys Kitchen Giveaway Competition ("Competition")

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

1. The Promoter is The Good Guys Discount Warehouses (Australia) Pty Ltd, ABN 48 004 880 657, of 60 City Road Southbank, VIC 3006.

2. By submitting an entry into this Competition "you" acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Who can enter

4. Entry into the Competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who have fulfilled the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

5. Employees of the JB Hi-Fi Group, Kinsman Kitchens, and their immediate families and agencies associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter this Competition.

6. In order to be eligible to win, entrants property must be located within Kinsman eligible service areas in NSW, QLD, VIC and SA. An outline of eligible service areas can be found here: https://kinsman.com.au/showrooms/delivery-areas/

Prizes and entry into the Competition

7. One entrant will be awarded the Prize("Prize"):

To enter the Competition and be eligible to win the Prize as set out above, entrants must:

i. Visit the https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/home-renovation-ideas between 11/09/2025 9:01am AEST and 07/10/2025 11:59pm AEDT ("Competition Period");

ii. Complete the poll questionnaire by choosing which kitchen style is their favourite. Complete the entry form during the Competition Period, including full name, valid email address, postcode and mobile number; and

iii. Opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter at the time of entry by clicking box and stay opted in to receive marketing material until the final redraw notification date of 10am AEDT October 27, 2025.

8. Maximum one entry per entrant, will be accepted during the Competition Period.

9. The $10,000 in The Good Guys eGift Cards prize is subject to The Good Guys Gift Card Terms and Conditions at https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/gift- card#termsSection.

10. The $10,000 in Digital Visa eGift Cards prize is issued by Flexewallet Pty Ltd ABN 16 164 657 032 ("Issuer") at the request of iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd ACN 110 897 320 ("iGoDirect") and is subject to the terms and conditions at https://marketing.truerewards.com.au/visa-gift-card-terms/. In order to activate the Digital Visa eGift Card, you must have a mobile device which supports Apple Pay or Google Pay. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited. To check your balance, refer to your True Rewards mobile application. If the Digital Visa is deleted or lost, it will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. The claimant must follow the prompts to use the Digital Visa Gift Card by the Validity Period that is outlined in the email containing the Digital Gift Card and indicated on the face of the Digital Gift Card as shown in Your True Rewards App.

Determination of Winner(s) and Notification

11. There will be one winner randomly drawn at 10am AEDT 13^th October 2025 ("Draw Date"). The draw will be conducted at the Promoter's premises at 60 City Road,Southbank VIC 3006. The Promoter may draw an alternative entry as the winner in the event that the winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

12. The winner of the Prize will be notified via phone or email within two business days of the Draw Date. The winner's surname, initial and postcode will be published on The Good Guys website within two business days of the Draw Date at www.thegoodguys.com.au/winners.

13. If the winner does not meet these Terms and Conditions, that winner will forfeit the Prize and a redraw will take place at 10am AEDT 27^th October 2025 at the Promoter's premises at 60 City Road, Southbank VIC 3006. Redraw winners will be notified via phone or email within two business days of redraw date. Only one redraw will be conducted. The redraw winner's surname, initial and postcode will be published on The Good Guys website within two business days of the redraw date at www.thegoodguys.com.au/winners.

14. Kinsman Kitchens will contact the winners within ten(10) business days of the draw to organise the Kinsman Kitchens Renovation Prize, or if a redraw winner within ten (10) business days of the redraw date.

15. The Good Guys will issue the The Good Guys eGift Card Prize and the Digital Visa Prize to the winner within 10 business days from the relevant Draw Date, or if aredraw winner within 10 business days from the redraw date. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence).

16. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

17. In accepting the Prize:

i. The winner must own the home intended for the kitchen renovation. If the winner does not own the home the entire prize pool will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn. In the case of a redraw being needed due to the winner not satisfying these Terms and Conditions, there will be one redraw in accordance with the schedule in clause 13

ii. The winner must acknowledge that the following is not included and is at the expense of the winner:

- Any other additional kitchen products ie. Kitchen lighting and glass splashbacks, tile, flooring, Gas, electricity, water connections or associated costs incurred in installing and using the Prize

- Any trade works or construction, electrical, tiling or plumbing services

- Any ongoing costs associated with installing and/or using the Prize other than as detailed and which are the entire responsibility of the Winner.

iii. The Winner of the kitchen is responsible for the installation of kitchen cabinetry, appliances and all other trade works including plumbing, electrical and tiling. If requested, the Kinsman team will make all reasonable attempts to assist the winner with contacts for these trades. The Good Guys does not accept liability for any trade or installation services associated with the Prize, or any associated outcomes of the installation or trade services.

iv. The Kinsman Kitchen portion of the prize must be redeemed in full, as a package and completed by 30/06/2026. Kinsman Kitchens will contact the winner to organise the redemption of the prize.

v. The Kinsman Kitchen Renovation Prize items are valued in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prize item values are based on the recommended retail prices as at the time of writing. Kinsman Kitchens accepts no responsibility for any variations in prize values between such time and the date of prize redemption. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of any component.

Publicity and Privacy

18. The Promoter's privacy policy (available on The Good Guys' website at: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/privacy-policy) and contains information about how the Promotor will handle your personal information, and other information required to be disclosed to you under the Privacy Act. You should read this policy before providing any personal information to The Promoter.

19. By entering this Competition, you consent to:

i. being contacted by The Good Guys and Kinsman Kitchens for the purpose of Prize fulfilment; and

ii. The Good Guys publishing your name (initial and last name) and postcode on The Good Guys website at www.thegoodguys.com.au, and you consent to providing us your personal information for this purpose.

Limitation of liability and variation of promotion

20. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.

21. Subject to State or Territory regulation, if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, any aspect of this Competition is incapable of running as planned (including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure), or a change is required to ensure the safety of the Promoter, its representatives and of entrants, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Competition, invalidate any affected entries and suspend or modify a Prize. Changes may include the timing of the drawing or redrawing, and the timing of any Prize fulfilment. The Promoter will act reasonably and in good faith in making any such decision. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence, or the Promoter's breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any entrant for loss resulting from such action. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved and any winner found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or having engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition may be required to return any Prize received.

22. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved and any winner found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or having engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition may be required to return any Prize received.

23. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence, or the Promoter's breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an entrant or potential entrant to the extent:

i. resulting from or connected with any inability of a person to submit an entry (on time or at all), or failure of the Promoter to provide an opportunity to enter or to receive an entry (on time or at all), or failure of a winner to receive a Prize, due to events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter including, without limitation, as a result of problems with, or technical malfunction of, any software, telephone or computer network, equipment or systems or mail or courier service;

ii. that arises from events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter but within the reasonable control of the entrant or potential entrant,

including the Promoter's inability to contact a winner using reasonable efforts for the purpose of Prize fulfilment; or

iii. that arises as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant or potential entrant.
