TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Promoter is The Good Guys Discount Warehouses (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 48 004 880 657) of 60 City Rd, Southbank VIC 3006.
Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To be eligible for the The Good Guys Gift Card (“Bonus”) for the amount listed in the table below customers must:
I. purchase an eligible product as listed in the table below (“Eligible Product”) between 12:00am AEDT Thursday 5th March 2026 and 11:59pm AEDT Wednesday 18th March 2026 from any The Good Guys store, over the phone or online at thegoodguys.com.au; and
II. take receipt/delivery of Eligible Product by 11:59pm AEST Friday 22nd May 2026.

4. Excludes any commercial orders.
5. To receive the Bonus, eligible customers must lodge a claim after delivery/receipt of the eligible product by completing the form at https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/claim-offers (“Claim”).
6. All Claims must be lodged by 11:59pm AEST Friday 22nd May 2026. (“Claim Date”).
7. Valid Claims will receive the Bonus for which they have qualified by email no later than 7 days by email upon successful redemption.
8. Limit of one Bonus per model of Eligible Product purchased & maximum of 3 Bonuses per customer.
9. Purchases made using interest free finance are eligible for this Promotion.
10. To be eligible to claim, a functioning email address must be supplied. If the customer needs to change the email address for fulfilment of the Bonus they must contact The Good Guys help centre by using the chat function at https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/help-centre, however where satisfactory proof of entitlement to the Bonus is not provided or the Bonus has been redeemed, replacement by The Good Guys is entirely at The Good Guys’ discretion.
11. Promotion only open to customers who make a purchase for personal use only. JB Hi-Fi Group employees are not eligible.
12. Customers must retain their original The Good Guys purchase tax invoice(s) for a Claim as proof of purchase of the Eligible Product. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for a Claim when requested may result in invalidation of Claim and forfeiture of any right to the Bonus.

14. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Promotion if an event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter affects this Promotion. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any customer for loss resulting from such action.

The Promoter’s privacy policy (available on The Good Guys’ website at: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/privacy-policy) contains information about how The Promotor will handle your personal information, and other information required to be disclosed to you under the Privacy Act. You should read this policy before providing any personal information to The Promoter.
