Cancellation Information

If your order has not yet been prepared for delivery, we may be able to cancel your order prior to shipment.  Simply by clicking the blue chat bubble located in the bottom right corner of the page and our team will assist with cancelling your order.  

The value of a refund for cancelled orders are issued in the same tender as your original payment method. Please note, once we’ve processed your refund request and cancelled your order, it can take a further 3 - 5 business days for you to receive your refund.  

If you return goods that were purchased using 90 Day StoreCash>, you will be issued a Store Credit for the same amount of 90 Day StoreCash> that was used for your purchase.  

Please remember - Store Credits issued as a refund for 90 Day StoreCash> expires in 90 days. 

Cancelling Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the order has been placed. 

Digital downloads must be treated like cash. All lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. 

Damage In Transit

If your item is damaged in transit, please follow the appropriate steps depending on your delivery method:  

  • For smaller items, please bring the product back to your local store along with your proof of purchase so that our friendly staff can assist. If you have ordered via The Good Guys website and you cannot return your faulty product to your local store, we can organise return shipping for you. This service is free, but it could take a bit longer. If you'd like to proceed, simply by clicking the blue chat bubble located in the bottom right corner of the page. Once the item has been received by us and assessed, we will be in touch as soon as possible. 

  • Upon identifying any damage to your Big & Bulky product, please alert one of our delivery drivers immediately. If you notice damage after the delivery team has left your premises, or the appliance is faulty, please clicking the blue chat bubble located in the bottom right corner of the page so we can ensure that your issue is resolved promptly.
