About Digital Products

What is a ‘Digital Download’?

A digital download is any software, game or add-on which you can purchase and download without a physical copy. You can access all our Digital download products by simply typing ‘digital downloads’ in the search field at www.thegoodguys.com.au. 

All digital downloads sent in purchase receipts expire after a set amount of time. Once a download expires, it cannot be used again. Digital products can also be purchased in store.  

Receiving and redeeming your digital product

Digital downloads are issued via email directly to the email address on the order.  

Digital codes are usually sent via e-mail within 30 minutes from the time of purchase but, in some cases, can take up to 2-4 hours. Please check your junk and spam folder if you haven’t received it. 

Please note: Digital downloads are non-refundable once the order has been placed. Digital downloads must be treated like cash. All lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

Your redemption code is located on your digital download confirmation email along with specific instructions outlined on how to activate your code. If you require help or technical support a toll-free number is located on your Digital Download confirmation email.
