Express Air-Conditioner installation – Terms and Conditions

1. Express Air Conditioner installations are available in most major metropolitan areas. Most major metro areas are defined as 30km in a straight-line radius from the following Good Guys stores; Artarmon NSW 2064, Northland VIC 3074, Melton VIC 3337, Belmont VIC 3216, Tingalpa QLD 4173, Moore Park NSW 2021, Geelong VIC 3220, Macgregor QLD 4109, Essendon, VIC 3040, Maribyrnong VIC 3032, Osborne Park WA 6017, Malaga WA 6090, Lutwyche QLD 4030, Alexandria NSW 2015, and Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029.
2. Other postcodes outside these nominated areas may be available for express installation subject to The Good Guys Home Services contractor network availability.
3. If the Express Air-Conditioner Installation is not available at your selected address you may be offered the choice of booking one of the standard installation services.
4. The Good Guys Home Services guarantees installation for express air conditioner services within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from your booking confirmation, if in the event this guarantee is not met you will receive a $100 The Good Guys Store Credit upon request.
5. Store Credit Terms: No minimum spend. Store Credit can only be used on ticket price – no further discounts apply. Store Credit can be used in-store and online at The Good Guys but excludes The Good Guys eBay and Commercial stores. Store Credit barcode is unique and can only be redeemed once. Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or used to lay-by. Cash will not be given for any unused balance on the Store Credit. Offer not valid when purchasing gift cards and iTunes cards, Gold Service Extras, delivery, The Good Guys Home Services installation and Tech Service and excludes Apple, AEG, ASKO, Smeg Portofino, Miele, Neff, Bertazzoni, La Germania and Falcon. Your Store Credit will be valid for three months from the date of issue. Employees of The Good Guys are not eligible for this promotion. Purchasers must retain their original The Good Guys purchase tax invoice(s) with associated express air conditioner installation as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of The Good Guys, result in forfeiture of any right to a Store Credit.

Home Services Network Pty Ltd ABN 56 622 336 350 t/as The Good Guys Home Services (NSW Contractor Licence Number 319335C, QBCC Trade Contractor Licence Number 15086123, SA Building Work Contractor Licence BLD 286495, Tas Contractor Licence No. 15605877, NT Electrical Contractor Licence Number C3784), does not perform gas fitting, electrical or plumbing work. All gas fitting, electrical and plumbing work is performed by licensed subcontractors engaged by The Good Guys Home Services, and all required electrical and gas safety/compliance certificates are issued by these licensed subcontractors.
