Tineco S9 Artist Steam Pro Launch - Bonus Accessory Pack Promotion

• Promoter: The promoter of this promotion is ECOVACS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. (the “Promoter”). The promotional gifts will be fulfilled and dispatched on behalf of the Promoter by the Promoter's authorised distributor or fulfilment partner.

• Promotion Period: This promotion commences on 13 August 2026 and concludes on 13 September 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to end the promotion early if all promotional gifts are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for this promotion, customers must purchase a Tineco S9 Artist Steam Pro product between 13 August 2026 and 13 September 2026 (inclusive) from the Promoter’s authorised retailers (as listed below), and satisfy all redemption requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

• Redemption Requirements: To claim the promotional gift, eligible customers must complete the official redemption form available on the Tineco Australia website (LINK:

  https://au.tineco.com/pages/buy-tineco-s9-artist-steam-pro-get-free-accessories) and provide their full name, contact number, delivery address, purchase time, purchase channel, and a valid tax invoice or receipt.

• Redemption Period: The redemption portal opens on 13 August 2026 and closes strictly at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 September 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. Redemptions submitted via email, telephone, social media, or any other channel will not be accepted.

• Promotional Gift: Eligible and validated claims will receive one (1) complimentary Tineco Accessory Pack (valued at an RRP of approximately A$89.99). The promotional gift is not redeemable for cash, store credit, or any alternative goods or services.

• Redemption Limits and Verification: A maximum of one (1) promotional gift may be claimed for each eligible product purchase. Each eligible purchase may only be redeemed once. The claimant must be the original purchaser named on the purchase documentation. The Promoter may request additional information to verify any claim. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claim where (i) the purchase documentation has previously been used; (ii) the information provided is incomplete or inconsistent; (iii) the claim is fraudulent or misleading; (iv) the claimant is not eligible under these Terms and Conditions; or (v) the Promoter reasonably believes these Terms and Conditions have been breached.

• Delivery: Following approval of a valid claim, the promotional gift will normally be dispatched within 5–20 business days. Promotional gifts will be dispatched by the Promoter's authorised distributor or fulfilment partner. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, stock availability or events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

• Shipping: A valid Australian residential or business address must be provided. PO boxes are not accepted. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate and complete. To the extent permitted by law, the Promotor accepts no responsibility for delays, non-delivery, or loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

• Change to the Promotion: The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to comply with applicable laws.

• Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including courier delays, acts of third parties, system failures or events of force majeure. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
