By purchasing an OPPO Reno15 F Twilight Black (CPH2801AU Twilight Black), OPPO Reno15 F Aurora Blue (CPH2801 AU Aurora Blue) through a Participating Retailer, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
Participating Retailer means JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, BigW, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Tfive, Simconnect, Yes Distribution, Mobileciti, Telechoice, Amazon, Kogan, Digidirect, Techry.
This offer applies to purchases of the following Eligible Products through a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period：OPPO Reno15 F Twilight Black (CPH2801AU Twilight Black), OPPO Reno15 F Aurora Blue (CPH2801 AU Aurora Blue). The Promotion Period begins at 12:00AM (AEDT) on 5th Feb 2026 and ends at 11:59PM (AEDT) 25th Feb 2026.
OPPO reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason without notice.
You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing the Eligible Product to be eligible to claim under this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of OPPO and participating retailers and their related bodies corporate are ineligible to claim under this promotional offer.
This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred to any other person. It also cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
As the purchaser of an Eligible Product, you may submit a claim for Gift(s) including: one (1) OPPO Buds3 Snow White (ETEG1) with a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of $99.00(incl GST). You may submit a claim by visiting OPPO's website at https://promo.oppostore.com.au, completing all requested information in the online redemption form, including providing your personal details (such as name, date of birth, address) providing proof of purchase details (such as receipt of purchase) as well as activation details of the Eligible Product (such as device IMEI number) between 12:00AM (AEDT) on 5th Feb 2026 and ends at 11:59PM (AEDT) 11th Mar 2026. An individual may submit a maximum of one (1) claim for the Gift(s), and OPPO may in its sole discretion reject any second or subsequent claim for the Gift(s).
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges of the Eligible Product and the promotional offer are subject to the policy of Participating Retailer where the purchase was made, as well as to the protections provided by the Australian Consumer Law. If the Eligible Product is returned or exchanged for an ineligible product, the Gift(s) must also be returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, the amount of the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the Gift(s) (“Promotion Savings”) will be deducted from the return or exchange, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Participating Retailer.
In case the Gift(s) is exchanged for another Gift(s) and the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Savings, the qualified purchaser will need to pay the difference. However, if the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the qualified purchaser will not receive credit for the difference.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
OPPO reserves the right to end this offer at any time, for any reason. For eligible purchases made at participating retailers, you must demonstrate that you meet the requirements prior to your purchase. Public entities, government entities, non-profit organizations, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and OPPO reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. In the unlikely event that the specified Gift(s) are unavailable, OPPO may provide a substitute item of equal or greater value, subject to stock availability.
Eligible claimants should allow up to sixty (60) days for delivery of the Gift(s) from the date they receive notification from OPPO that they have submitted a valid Eligible Claim. OPPO will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Gift(s) within sixty (60) days of the purchase date, extended timeframes may occur during high-demand periods or due to factors outside OPPO’s control, such as freight delays or network disruptions. OPPO is not responsible for any delay once the Gift(s) have been handed over to the nominated courier or retail fulfilment partner, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law. Gift(s) will be delivered to mailing address submitted at the time of submitting an Eligible Claim.
DELIVERY OF GIFT(S)
Delivery timeframes may vary based on stock availability, delivery address, and courier schedules.
Gift(s) cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Locked Bags. Customers must provide a valid Australian address at the time of purchase. OPPO and its fulfilment partners are not responsible for any loss or delay resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate delivery address.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
The offer will be provided to the individuals that purchase OPPO Reno15 F (CPH2801AU) in accordance with these terms. Without limiting these terms, OPPO may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. OPPO is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of this Offer.
OPPO will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.oppo.com/au/privacy/. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that OPPO may use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotional offer and supplying the Gift(s).
