TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter is The Good Guys Discount Warehouses (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 48 004 880 657) of 60 City Road, Southbank, 3006, Vic.
2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Under this Promotion eligible customers can purchase an eligible product from the table below (“Eligible Product”) and will receive the bonus product in the table below (“Bonus Product”).
4. To be eligible to receive the Bonus Product under this Promotion customers must:
I. pay in full for the Eligible Product online at thegoodguys.com.au /in-store/by phone between 12:00am AEST Thursday 27 August 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Wednesday 9th September 2026 (“Promotion Period”); and
II. arrange delivery or take receipt of the Eligible Product at the time that payment for the Eligible Product is made.

5. The Bonus Product will be provided to the customer at point of sale for Eligible Products purchased in store, or at the time of collection for purchases made online and collected via Click & Collect. Where delivery of the Eligible Product is selected, the Bonus Product must also be added to cart by the customer (however no charge will be applied) and the Bonus Product will be delivered to the customer with the Eligible Product.
6. Excludes purchases made on commercial orders.
7. In instances where an Eligible Product is required to be placed on order by The Good Guys store, full payment for the Eligible Product must be made by the customer during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive the Bonus Product, and the Bonus Product will be provided to the customer at the time the Eligible Product is provided.
8. Purchases made using approved interest free finance during the Promotion Period are eligible for this Promotion.
9. The Promotion is only open to customers who make a purchase for personal use. Purchases JB Hi-Fi Group employees are not eligible under this Promotion.
10. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Promotion if an event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter affects this Promotion. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any customer for loss resulting from such action.

The Promoter’s privacy policy (available on The Good Guys’ website at: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/privacy-policy) contains information about how The Promotor will handle your personal information, and other information required to be disclosed to you under the Privacy Act. You should read this policy before providing any personal information to The Promoter.
