Promotion Conditions

Below are the Conditions of participation for the Bosch and Finish Dishwashing promotion (Promotion) and details of how to claim your Bonus. Valid between 01 September 2025 and 31 October 2025.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions.

Definitions: Bonus means one Finish Rinse and Shine Aid 250ml, one Finish Dishwasher Deep Cleaner Lemon 250ml, one Finish Dishwasher Deep Cleaner Regular 250ml, one Finish Dishwasher Freshener, one Finish In-Wash Dishwasher Cleaner Tabs (three pack), two Finish Ultimate Plus Dishwasher Tablets Lemon (31 pack) valued at over $130.00 (RRP), or alternative Finish products of equal or greater value, for each Eligible Appliance purchased during the Offer Period. Packaging and products may vary from image shown. Eligible Appliance means any Bosch dishwasher purchased from any participating Bosch reseller in Australia that is currently listed on the Bosch Home Appliances website (www.bosch-home. com.au) during the Offer Period, excluding any Ineligible Products or Ineligible Purchase. Ineligible Products means any project or commercial purchases, trade seconds, scratch and dent stock, discount clearance outlet purchases, ex-display or used stock. Ineligible Purchases means any laybys or similar arrangements (unless initiated and paid for in full during the Offer Period), hire purchase or rental agreements, purchases made from BSH Home Appliances Pty Ltd and returned purchases. Claimant means a resident of Australia with a residential address in Australia, aged 18 years or over, who has purchased and paid for the Eligible Appliance(s) in full, during the Offer Period and is the end user of the Eligible Appliance(s). Offer Period means the period between 01 September 2025 and 31 October 2025.

How to Claim: (a) Claimants must have purchased an Eligible Appliance during the Offer Period; (b) Claimants must complete and submit the online form, in full, at http://www.boschpromotions.com.au no later than 31 December 2025 (Online Form).

Online Form: the Online Form must be completed in full and must include a copy of the original invoice which clearly shows the Eligible Appliance(s) purchased and paid for in full within the Offer Period. For technical issues with the Online Form, contact our Customer Service on 1300 729 885 or via email enquiries@boschpromotions.com.au by 31 December 2025. Claims will not be accepted by email, fax or any other means. The Promoter accepts no liability for claims that are delayed or misdirected.

Claimants who have purchased and paid for an Eligible Appliance(s) in full, during the Offer Period and completed the Online Form by 31 December 2025, but are waiting for delivery of the Eligible Appliance, will have until 31 March 2026 to provide the Eligible Appliance’s serial number. The Eligible Appliance’s serial number must be sent to enquiries@boschpromotions.com.au by 31 March 2026.

Nature of the Bonus: claimants will receive a confirmation email once the Online Form is submitted and received by the Promoter. If the claim is successful, the Bonus will be delivered to the Australian residential address provided by the Claimant within 60 days of the claim being validated. Multiple Bonuses permitted subject to complying with these Conditions.

Verification: the Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any claimant (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence).

Discretion: the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any claimant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Offer. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim. The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these Conditions (if at all).

Transferability and substitution: Bonuses, or any unused portion of a Bonus, are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, cheque or electronic transfer. In the event of the Bonus, or any part of it, not being available (e.g. due to supply shortages) the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Bonus, or any part of it, with goods of corresponding or greater value.

Promoter’s employees: the Offer is not open to employees of the Promoter and their immediate families (or their associated agencies) unless the Eligible Appliances are purchased from a Bosch authorised reseller in Australia, in accordance with these Conditions.

Erroneous details: If a claimant becomes aware that they have submitted an incorrect email or delivery address, the claimant must immediately notify the Promoter of the claimant’s error and provide correct email or delivery information. The Promoter does not warrant or represent that it will be able to reverse and / or resend the Bonus and claimants agree that if they submit an incorrect email address or other relevant information i.e. delivery address, and a Bonus is sent to an incorrect delivery address, the Bonus may be forfeited.

Promoter means BSH Home Appliances Pty Ltd (ABN 22 109 198 405) of 1555 Centre Road, Clayton, Victoria 3168.

Privacy: the Promoter collects personal information (PI) to conduct the Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.bosch-home.com.au (follow the ‘Privacy’ link) or by calling BSH Home Appliances Customer Service on 1300 729 885. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable laws and how those complaints will be dealt with. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy).

Other: a term (or part or parts thereof) of these Conditions will not apply where the term is unenforceable. Such a term (or part or parts thereof) is severable and does not invalidate the remaining terms.

These Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria, Australia.
