Schedule - Promotion Details

General Terms

1. General Entry Conditions

(a) These Terms and Conditions consist of:

(i) the schedule titled 'Promotion Details' (Schedule); and

(ii) these general terms (General Terms),

(together, the Terms).

(b) Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

(c) Capitalised terms used in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Schedule unless the context otherwise requires. In the event of any inconsistency between the Schedule and the General Terms, the Schedule prevails.

(d) To enter the Promotion, entrants must comply with the Method of Entry during the Promotion Period. Entries that do not comply will be deemed invalid.

(e) The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter. Each eligible purchase constitutes one (1) entry, subject to any maximum entry limits specified in the Schedule.

(f) Entrants acknowledge that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize.

(g) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including any technical or communication errors. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error.

(h) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is misleading, deceptive or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms. The Promoter may invalidate any entry it reasonably considers not to be genuine, including where receipt reuse, receipt sharing or minor variations in entrant details are used to circumvent these Terms.

(i) If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may determine the entrant’s identity in its discretion, acting reasonably.

(j) An entry will be deemed invalid, and will not be eligible to win any Prize, if the qualifying Wahl product is returned, refunded or exchanged for any reason at any time prior to the Prize Draw.

(k) Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

2. Draw, Winner Selection and Notification

(a) The Prize will be awarded via a random draw from all eligible entries received in accordance with the Prize Draw details. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.

(b) The winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners and Notification of Redraw Prize Winners (if applicable) sections of the Schedule.

(c) The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact Prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to Promoter.

(d) Following the draw for the major prize, the next ten (10) valid entries drawn (that are not the major prize winner) will each receive a secondary prize.

(e) An entrant may win only one (1) prize in the Promotion (except SA).

3. Privacy, Publicity and Marketing

(a) By entering this Promotion, each entrant consents to the Promoter collecting, using and disclosing their personal information and likeness for the purposes of conducting and promoting the Promotion, awarding Prizes and complying with regulatory requirements. This may include use of an entrant’s name, image or likeness in any media for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion, without remuneration, for the duration of the Promotion and any reasonable promotional period following it.

(b) Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including contacting entrants by electronic messages or telephone, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available here) and any consents provided at the time of entry. Entrants must remain opted in until the winner has been notified in accordance with the Schedule.

(c) Personal information may be disclosed to third parties involved in the Promotion, including agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, where required, Australian regulatory authorities. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

4. Prize Conditions and Exclusions

(a) The Prize does not include meals, spending money over that detailed in the Schedule, travel insurance, transport to or from the Australian departure city selected by the winner, items of a personal nature, in‑room charges or any other ancillary costs not expressly included in the Prize description in the Schedule.

(b) The Major Prize must be taken on the dates and in connection with the event specified in the Schedule and is subject to booking and availability of flights, accommodation and event access. Once travel has been booked, no alternative dates will be offered.

(c) If the winner’s nominated companion is under 18 years of age, the winner must accompany the companion for the entire duration of the Major Prize. The winner and companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.

(d) The itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in consultation with the relevant prize suppliers. Frequent flyer points do not form part of the Major Prize.

(e) The Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the relevant prize suppliers.

(f) The Major Prize winner may be required to present a valid credit card at accommodation check‑in to cover incidental expenses.

(g) If for any reason a winner does not take the Major Prize, or any element of the Major Prize, on the dates and in the manner specified in the Schedule, the Major Prize (or that element of the Major Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable.

(h) It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that the winner complies with all conditions of use of the Major Prize and any requirements imposed by the prize suppliers. The Major Prize must be taken as stated in the Schedule and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Major Prize as stated.

(i) Prize values stated in the Schedule are estimates only and are correct at the time of drafting. Prize values are subject to market fluctuations and may vary depending on availability, supplier pricing and exchange rates. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

5. Secondary Prizes

(a) Secondary prizes will be delivered to winners at an Australian address nominated by the winner within twenty‑eight (28) days of verification, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

(b) Secondary prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Product pack contents will be determined by the Promoter in its discretion, subject to availability.

6. Unclaimed Prizes

(a) If any Prize is not claimed by the time specified in the Schedule, the Promoter may conduct an Unclaimed Prize Draw in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw details set out in the Schedule.

(b) The winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Redraw Prize Winners section of the Schedule.

(c) If a winner of an Unclaimed Prize Draw is deemed ineligible or does not claim the Prize in accordance with these Terms, the Promoter may conduct further redraws as required by law.

7. Travel and Booking Conditions

(a) If the Prize includes flights or ground transport, the winner and their nominated companion are solely responsible for ensuring they arrive at the designated departure point on time. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred arising from missed or delayed travel for any reason.

(b) All flight details, including passenger names, will be finalised by the Promoter prior to 30 November 2026. Once flights have been booked, no changes to passenger names or flight details will be permitted.

(c) As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the winner and their nominated companion must provide valid passport details within the timeframe specified by the Promoter. Each passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the planned date of departure from the United States of America.

(d) Travel insurance is not included. The winner and their nominated companion are responsible for obtaining comprehensive travel insurance at their own expense. The Promoter is not responsible for any medical, travel or other costs incurred in connection with the Major Prize.

(e) The winner’s selection of departure city is subject to flight availability and booking constraints, and all travel arrangements will be made by the Promoter in its discretion.

8. Visa, Immigration and Entry Requirements

The winner of the Major Prize and their nominated companion are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all passports, visas, ESTA approvals and any other documentation required to enter, remain in or depart from any destination in connection with the Major Prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any refusal of entry, delay, loss or cost arising from immigration, customs or border control requirements, including where a winner or companion is unable to travel or attend any part of the Major Prize as a result.

9. Warranties, Liability and Risk

(a) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no warranties or representations (Warranties) regarding the Promotion or the Prize, including in relation to availability, quality or suitability, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

(b) The conduct of the Promotion or the supply of prizes may involve third parties, and the Promoter makes no Warranties and disclaims all liability in connection with any such third parties, their acts or omissions.

(c) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury suffered by an entrant or winner arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance or use of the Prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or breach of these Terms.

(d) Without limiting clause 9(c), and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for and excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from:

(i) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, whether or not under the Promoter’s control; (ii) theft, unauthorised access or third‑party interference;

(iii) entries or Prize claims that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(iv) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms;

(v) any delay, postponement, cancellation or change to any event, travel or accommodation forming part of the Prize;

(vi) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or

(vii) acceptance or use of the Prize.

(e) The Promoter is not responsible for the conduct, decisions or requirements of any sporting body, venue operator, airline, accommodation provider, government authority or regulatory body, including any Australian or United States immigration, customs, border control or security authority.

(f) If, despite this clause 9, the Promoter incurs a liability to an entrant under any law which implies a Warranty into these Terms which cannot legally be excluded, the Promoter’s liability in respect of the Promotion is limited, in the Promoter’s discretion, to either resupplying such goods or services as form part of the Promotion, or paying the cost of resupplying those goods or services.

(g) This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Rugby League (NRL). References to NRL events are descriptive only.

(h) Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Force Majeure

In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability (or that of a third party involved with the Promotion) to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms, including but not limited to vandalism, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter’s obligations in respect of the Promotion will be suspended for the duration of the event and, in addition, the Promoter may in its discretion and subject to any regulatory approval required, suspend, vary or cancel the Promotion or any aspect of it, including the Prize.

11. Intellectual Property

All entries and related materials submitted in connection with the Promotion become the property of the Promoter. Nothing in these Terms grants entrants any right, title or interest in the Promoter’s intellectual property.

12. General

(a) The Promotion and these Terms will be governed by the law of the State or Territory in which the Promoter ordinarily resides. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of that State or Territory in connection with disputes concerning the Promotion.

(b) Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any of those platforms and release them from all liability in connection with the Promotion.
