Expected Delivery Dates for Big & Bulky Items

The estimated shipping or delivery times for your order can vary depending on the product's availability and your delivery location. Availability details for each product are clearly displayed on its page. If the product is in stock at checkout, you'll have the option to book delivery. If additional time is needed to get the product to you, an estimated date indicating when your product will be available to book for delivery will be displayed on the product page, cart and via email once payment is processed.

If you haven’t selected a delivery date, we will send you an email or SMS to set your preferred date once your order is ready for shipment.

If additional time is needed to get the product to you, an estimated date indicating when your product will be arrived in stock and ready to be delivered to you will be displayed on the product page, cart and via email once payment is processed.

Once your order is picked up by the courier and on the way to you, you will be able to access the the expected delivery date via the Track My Order link in your confirmation email or SMS.
