Gold Service Extras Program

The Good Guys are launching an exciting new way for customers to Pay Less, by earning StoreCash> that is paid directly to a Digital Wallet. The new Digital Wallet will contain any earned StoreCash> that will be faster and easier to view and to use in store, along with offers to earn even more StoreCash> .

Gold Service Extras members will also be able to receive their $20 Gold Service Extras Store Credits as StoreCash> directly into their Digital Wallet, along with accessing Gold Service Extras exclusive offers to earn StoreCash> . Every Gold Service Extras member has a unique Digital Wallet waiting for them to activate.

We think the upgrade will be worthwhile, but if you choose not to activate your Digital Wallet, no problem, you’ll continue to receive your remaining store credits via SMS or email. If you purchase a new Gold Service Extras, your store credits will now be issued as StoreCash> exclusively, straight to your Digital Wallet.

Key Changes for existing members:

• The default expiry for StoreCash> to your Digital Wallet will be 90 days, rather than 5 days for Store Credits so you’ll have more time to redeem your StoreCash> .

• More Gold Service Extras exclusive offers will be viewable from inside your Digital Wallet, including offers to earn more StoreCash> . Some of the Gold Service Extras exclusive offers you receive as a member via email or SMS, may require you to have downloaded your Digital Wallet to earn StoreCash> ,

• To activate your Digital Wallet you’ll need to agree to receive promotional material from The Good Guys via email and SMS, including offers that may not be exclusive to Gold Service Extras members.

• If you activate your Digital Wallet, you agree that your entitlement to receive $20 Gold Service Extras Store Credits under your existing Gold Service Extras memberships will be satisfied by StoreCash> being sent to your Digital Wallet, giving you a faster in store experience.

• An installed Digital Wallet may allow you to receive notifications when offers or StoreCash> are added to your wallet. You can choose to have these switched on to make sure you don’t miss Offers or StoreCash> that’s been added to your Digital Wallet, or turn off notifications at any time if you wish.

• You’ll continue to receive Store Credits where applicable for other features of your Gold Service Extras Membership

• If you purchase a new Gold Service Extras, your benefits will be explained in updated Terms and Conditions. If you have not already activated your Digital Wallet, a link to download your Digital Wallet will be provided inside your welcome email.

By downloading your Digital Wallet, you agree to be bound by the Digital Wallet terms and conditions and the StoreCash> terms and conditions.
