The Good Guys Bonus Local Delivery and Table Top Installation up to 30km on 55" and above LG 2026 OLED TVs Promotion (“Promotion”)

1. The Promoter is The Good Guys Discount Warehouses (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 48 004 880 657) of  60 City Rd, Southbank VIC 3006.

2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. To be eligible to receive The Good Guys up to 30km delivery and table top TV installation  (“Bonus”) customers must:

a) purchase an eligible TV listed in the table below in store, over the phone or online at thegoodguys.com.au (“Eligible Model”);

b) refer to this Promotion and request delivery and installation from The Good Guys at the point of sale upon purchase in store or tick the “Bonus Tabletop Installation” check box in the cart when purchasing online. Customers will need to provide their first name, surname, current residential address and telephone number to The Good Guys, and agree a delivery time; and

c) pay in full for the Eligible Model at point of purchase between 12:01am AEST 16/04/2026 and 11:59pm AEST 29/04/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4. Bonus only applies where the customer’s delivery address is within 30km of a The Good Guys store. Delivery and installation are not available to some areas, customers can check in-store or in the cart online to confirm if delivery is available to their address.

5. Excludes purchases made on The Good Guys eBay store and any commercial order.

6. Bonus is subject to The Good Guys Home Delivery Terms and Conditions available here and The Good Guys Home Services Terms and Conditions available here.

7. Only one Bonus per household address will be allowed. Only one Bonus per customer will be allowed.

8. In instances where the Eligible Model is required to be placed on order by a store, full payment for the Eligible Model must be made during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

9. Purchases of Eligible Models made using interest free finance are eligible for this Promotion.

10. Promotion only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make a purchase for personal use only. JB Hi-Fi Group employees are not eligible.

11. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Promotion if an event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter affects this Promotion. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any customer for loss resulting from such action.

The Promoter’s privacy policy (available on The Good Guys’ website at: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/privacy-policy) contains information about how The Promotor will handle your personal information, and other information required to be disclosed to you under the Privacy Act. You should read this policy before providing any personal information to The Promoter.
