Competition
Purchase any Haier appliance between the 15th of September and the 31st October 2025 from a participating retailer and go in the draw to win an all-inclusive trip for two to the Australian Open Women’s and Men’s Grand Finals, valued at up to AUD $16,000, or 1 of 5 $500 Mastercard eGift Cards.
Who Can Enter
This competition is only open to Australian residents 18 years of age and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers, and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. One entry per appliance purchased.
Competition Period
The competition opens 12.01am AEST 15th September 2025 and closes 11.59pm AEDT 31st October 2025 (‘Competition Period’). Entries must be received by the Promoter by 11.59pm AEDT 30th November (Competition Closing Date’). Entries received after this date will be ineligible.
Eligible Purchases
Entrants can purchase any Haier appliance from a participating retailer to go in the draw to win. This includes any Haier branded home appliance across refrigeration, laundry, cooking, and dishwashers.
Appliances must be paid in full prior to entering. Laybys will not be accepted unless paid in full within the Competition Period.
Appliances purchased under finance or payment agreements are eligible to participate in this promotion.
Appliances under rental agreements with a minimum period of no less than 18 months are eligible for this competition. To qualify, a rental agreement must be established during the Competition Period. Proof of rental agreement must be submitted with your online entry and must clearly detail the appliance purchased, date of establishment of rental agreement and the rental term. Appliances under rental plans with rental terms less than 18 months are ineligible to enter.
If an appliance is on backorder ('out of stock') a deposit on that appliance must be paid during the Competition Period to be eligible for this competition. Full payment and receipt of the appliance (and therefore access to the product and serial number(s)) must occur before the Competition Closing Date in order to lodge an online entry.
How to enter
Purchase any Haier appliance from a participating retailer during the Competition Period and register your entry by submitting the online promotion entry form at Haier.com.au/promotions no later than the Competition Closing Date.
Entrants must agree to these full Terms and Conditions on the online entry form and supply the information marked as mandatory, including providing proof of purchase (or proof of rental agreement).
When entering you must supply the following information:
a. Contact details – first and last name of entrant (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), email address, and daytime contact phone number. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for an entrant submitting incorrect details.
b. Model and serial number(s) of your appliance.
c. Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating customer name, date of purchase, store name (including address), invoice number, details of appliance including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges e.g. warranty costs) and total invoice amount.
You can provide us with your proof of purchase by either scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase and uploading with your claim form.

Please ensure you retain your original proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of an entry and forfeiture of any right to the prize.
This competition is not open to customers who choose to delay delivery of their appliance beyond the Competition Closing Date as the provision of model and serial number(s) is mandatory for entry.
Entrants agree that if they return the appliance purchased under any returns policy the retailer may have, they are not eligible to win a prize.
Prize 1
First prize is a trip for two (2) people to the Australian Open Finals, valued at up to AUD
$16,000. Prize includes:
Return economy airfares between the winner’s closest capital city and
Melbourne, Victoria for the winner and one (1) adult travel companion
Return private airport / accommodation transfers for two (2) people in the destination city
Two (2) nights' accommodation at the Pullman Melbourne On The Park
Two (2) tickets to the Australian Open Women’s (Saturday 31st January 2026)
and Men’s Final (Sunday 1st February 2026), including hospitality
$500 spending money (winner only) in the form of a Mastercard eGift Card
Additional spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken to coincide with the Australian Open 2026 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Dates are subject to change and the Promoter will liaise with the winner in respect of any updated travel dates in the event the Australian Open 2026 dates change. The winner and their travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
If a winner resides within 100 km radius of Melbourne, that winner will receive tickets to Australian Open 2026 and the accommodation component of the prize. In lieu of airfares the winner will receive a cash payment.
The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize, travel and service providers. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be provided in the event the winner and/ or their travel companion miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. Any such costs will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
Should the winner wish to extend their trip beyond the prize itinerary, permission must be sought from the Promoter who reserves the right to grant or refuse such requests in its absolute discretion. Any additional expenses arising from an extension of travel will be borne entirely by the winner.
Prize 2
Additional prizes consist of 5 $500 Mastercard eGift Cards.
The Promoter will contact the winners at the email address set out in the winner’s Product Review entry to arrange sending the Mastercard eGift Card.
Total Prize Pool
Total prize pool value is AUD $18,500.
Prize Conditions
Taxes and Ancillary Costs
All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs or expenses not included in the prize package and arising as a consequence of accepting or receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Australian Open Ticket and Hospitality Terms
All Australian Open tickets are issued subject to the Australian Open Ticket Conditions of Sale and Entry 2026 (which can be found online at https://ausopen.com/conditions-of-sale-entry). All Australian Open hospitality products, including dining and/or private space elements, are provided subject to the Australian Open Hospitality Conditions 2026 (which can be found online at https://www.tennis.com.au/doc/ao26-premium-exp-conditions).
Mastercard Gift Card
Mastercard eGift Cards are non- transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Mastercard gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the Mastercard eGift card will not be paid out as cash.

Prize Substitution and Transferability
If any prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to substitute the Prize (or that part of the prize) with another prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any applicable directions from relevant regulatory authorities. Except as otherwise specified, prizes (or parts thereof) are non- transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products, unless otherwise specified.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Event Venue and Conduct
The Australian Open ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers
hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or his/her travel companion/s) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products.
Entrants consent to Tennis Australia Limited using their personal information and photographing/recording their image while they are participating in any activity or event run or organised by Tennis Australia which constitutes part of the Prize. They further agree that any such photographs, electronic images, sound recording or video footage may be used by Tennis Australia in resources and reports, or promotional, advertising or marketing materials, without any further notice or payment.
Prize Draw
All valid entries received by the Competition Closing Date will go in the draw to win the prize. The prize draw will take place on 1st December 2025 at 3 Amy Close, Wyong, NSW 2259. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT. The first valid entry drawn at random will win the first prize. The subsequent five valid entries drawn at random will each win the second prize. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The Promoter will notify the winners using the email address promos@anisimoff.com.au within 7 days using the details listed on the winners’ entry forms. The Promoter will require the winners to verify their identity prior to claiming their prize. Their details (First initial, last name and postcode) will be published on the Haier website https://www.haier.com.au/promotions within 30 days of the draws.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs not specifically included in the prize.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
The winners must respond to the Promoter within 14 days from being notified to claim their prize.
If for any reason any of the winners do not take/redeem the prizes by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prizes will be forfeited.
An unclaimed prize draw will then take place on the 15th December 2025 at 3 Amy Close, Wyong, NSW 2259. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT. The Promoter will notify the winners in writing using the email address promos@anisimoff.com.au within 7 days using the details listed on the winners’ entry forms. The Promoter will require the winners to verify their identity prior to claiming their prize. The winner of the major prize draw and/or the unclaimed prize draw will have their details published (First initial, last name and postcode) on the Haier website https://www.haier.com.au/promotions within 30 days of the draws.
General
The Promoter (or its associated or affiliated companies or third parties who have licensed its brands to the Promoter or contributed to the application) (“Content Owner”) own or license from third parties all application content. All application content remains the sole property of the applicable Content Owner and is protected under all relevant copyright, trade mark and other applicable laws. Nothing on the application should be construed as granting any license or rights to use or distribute any application content, without the Promoter’s express written agreement or of the other applicable Content Owner.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allow an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entry forms will be deemed invalid.
Subject to relevant regulatory approval to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, if this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant; or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition.
The winners accept the prizes entirely at their own risk.
Insofar as is permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and its agents will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, arising in connection with (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected; (d) any variation in prize value; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant; or (f) participation in the competition or use of a prize, except where it is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or its agents.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, suppliers, or use such information to contact the entrant in relation to this competition. In addition, if the entrant checks the relevant box, the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information for the purposes specified at the time of collection. These Terms and Conditions are deemed to incorporate our Privacy Policy and by entering the competition, you accept the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy which can be found https://www.haier.com.au/privacy-policy.
The Promoter may announce and/or advertise this competition on Facebook and/or third party social media platforms. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta or other third party social media platforms.
Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and/or agencies acting on its behalf and not to Meta or other third party social media platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that you fully release and will hold Meta and other third party social media platforms harmless from all liability arising in any way out of this competition.
If any provision or part-provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that will not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
The entrant will be subject to the laws and courts of the relevant jurisdictional authority where the entrant ordinarily resides.
